We do not guarantee that you will be accepted into a course, receive funding, meet eligibility requirements or achieve a particular study or employment outcome.
Any final decision about enrolment, funding eligibility, course admission, recognition, assessment, placement or completion sits with the relevant RTO, course provider or other organisation.
5. RTOs and pathway partners
If you contact us on behalf of an RTO, school, university, pathway partner or other organisation, we may use the information you provide to understand your needs, respond to your enquiry and discuss possible student pathway or referral support.
Any formal partnership, referral arrangement, paid service, fee structure or commercial engagement must be agreed in a separate written agreement.
These website Terms and conditions do not replace or override any separate signed agreement between Connect.Ed and an RTO, school, university, pathway partner or other organisation.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and conditions and a separate signed agreement, the signed agreement will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
6. Bookings and appointments
You may be able to book a chat with Connect.Ed through this website or through a third-party booking tool.
When booking a chat, you agree to provide accurate contact information and attend at the booked time where possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.
We may need to reschedule or cancel a booking due to availability, technical issues or other business reasons. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the details you provided.
A booking does not guarantee enrolment, referral, course availability, funding eligibility or any particular outcome.
7. Information you provide to us
When you submit a form, book a chat or contact us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
You must not provide information on behalf of another person unless you have permission to do so.
If your details change or you believe information you provided is incorrect, please contact us so we can update it.
We may rely on the information you provide when responding to your enquiry, discussing options or supporting a possible referral.
8. Student referrals
If you are a student and choose to move forward with a study pathway, Connect.Ed may share relevant information with an RTO, course provider or pathway partner so they can contact you about the next step.
This may include information such as your name, contact details, course interest, location, availability, eligibility information, readiness details and other information relevant to the referral.
We will only do this where you have asked us to, agreed to be referred or where it is reasonably expected as part of the support we are providing.
The RTO, course provider or pathway partner will be responsible for its own enrolment, compliance, delivery, assessment, student administration and privacy obligations.
9. No guarantee of outcomes
Connect.Ed aims to provide helpful information, pathway support and referral assistance.
However, we do not guarantee:
that a student will enrol
that a student will complete a course
that a student will be eligible for funding
that a course will be available
that an RTO will accept a student
that a student will achieve employment
that an RTO will achieve a specific intake number
that a pathway partner will achieve a specific student outcome
Any examples, case studies, statistics or descriptions on the website are provided for general information and should not be treated as a promise of future results.
10. Third-party providers and links
This website may include links to third-party websites, booking tools, forms, RTOs, course providers, platforms or other services.
These third-party services are not controlled by Connect.Ed.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, security or terms of any third-party website or service.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is owned by or licensed to Connect.Ed.
